There won't be. Sport mode doesn't increase the peak horsepower.

I thought it sped up the throttle response as well no?

You might gain a few milliseconds over the course of the run in shoft performance.

Not so sure, the exhaust should flow better... OK maybe only a couple of msec

That doesn't matter if you floor it. The throttle opens the same amount.
