Anyone else experience horrible service at their dealer?
I've bought three Audi's from the dealership and it seems that the service gets worse. I took the car for a service and the oil light came on. I called the service tech and he responded "what am i suppose to do?" we found out, when i brought the car back, that they did not put enough oil during the service. They constantly treat me with that sort of attitude- has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Have you checked with the regional AW forums, for a recommended dealer/service person
in your area?
The sales and service depts are run completely separately at each dealer, so while one may be good, the other may suck.

Re: just picked it up with 36 xtra miles
if you think the dealer you bought your car from and having it serviced sucks, you can imagein taking it to a dealer which you did not buy it from - they are worse because they figure u didn't buy the car from them LOL
anyway.. i may consider driving an extra 10 miles to try out a different audi dealer because they ALL seem to be unfriendly and are aholes when they can't answer a question you've given them.

I had an Audi Salesperson once threaten me with bad service if I purchased an 01' S4 elsewhere
It appears she felt like since they owned both the Audi dealers in town - and they didnt take kindly to price shopping them with other cities, service might be "lacking" if I wanted to get the car fixed at some point.
As it turns out a dealer in Chicago offered to fly me down and pick me up in a limo at the airport if I would take the time to buy it from them (and it was still a much lower price).
As it turns out I get suprisingly good service from the local dealer.

well...exactly what WAS he supposed to do over the phone?
you should have just called roadside assistance and have them tow it back, if you're incapable of checking the oil yourself.
