asking you to rate the service on a scale from 1 to 10?

Default You'll get those every time you service your car under warranty
The dealer gets a copy of everything you say, as well as every rating you give...

Default every time, and frankly i've grown tired of their bullsh1t.
the last time they called i just said "give them the highest score for everything", and they said "I'm sorry, but I have to ask for your rating on every question." So I said I didn't have time for that crap, and hung up.

conversely, BMW called once and never called back....and ironically, I have several things to complain about with them.

It's such a scam. The service rep pretty much begs for 10's when you pick up the car.
