Anyone here have experience with Carbotech XP10? will they work on the street?

looks like they changed their product nomenclature...I've used their Panther P+ pads....
on my old TT, which had stoptech front calipers. They work great for track use, and are definitely OK for the street. A little more initial bite than the stock pads, which you quickly get used to. Not sure what the current equivalent for the old P+ pads would be, you could call them and ask. Their customer service was excellent when I dealt with them....they even custom-machined the backing plates to work with my calipers at no extra charge.

They're good pads (I use Carbotech pads on my racecar) but I wouldn't recommend them for the street. They produce quite a bit of dust, they're going to be noisy, and you're not going to be able to keep the heat in them on the street so they're working in the temperature range for which they were designed for optimal performance. I recommend sticking to the street pads for the street. Acceptable performance over a broad range of operating temperatures (including cold), rotor friendly, good longevity, and less mess.

Re: Must depend on which version you use. I have Carbotech Bobcats on my S4
Yes. Carbotech make a bunch of compounds. The XP10s are Panthers (a track/race pad). The Bobcat is a street compound.
