Liberally apply leather conditioner and give it A LOT of time.....

and next time put a folded blanket or towel under the car seat

put a stack of dictionaries on it for a few weeks.

I assume your not using any...

...protection between your car seat & the rear seat of your car? I use Price Lionheart's Two-Stage Seatsaver between the Recaro "baby" seat & the Recaro "adult" seat. Has never left any type of marks/dents/stretches in the leather.
