Anyone know this Rs4

hello all! Been a while since I've visited audiworld. Found this car and it peaked my interest. Anyone know of it and/or its history? I'm calling the dealer tomorrow to inquire more about it. Thanks in advance!

I was following this car for a while and it ended on E-Bay. Did you buy it? I felt the price was a bit high, probably the built-in dealer "wiggle room".
