I had my car in for some minor warranty work / oil change and asked to have an induction cleaning preformed. I was quoted 250.00 for the Wynn's system cleaner. The dealer stated not to get it done if I'm not expierncing misfires, rough idle etc. I did experience these systems last fall, but 2 cans of BG 44k and a constint supply of Shell V power has eliminated that. Plus from what I've read, any induction cleaning is pretty much useless if there is considerable carbon buildup on the valves.

My car has 35k on the clock and still pulls strong; however I’m cetain I’m down at least 20 ponies due to this carbon buildup. []

This is the "additive" the dealer is putting in cars that are idling rough and throwing CELs at startup. I was thinking I’d might start using it at least once a month. The part number on the can states “G 001 770 A2” but I can’t find it anywhere online.

Other than the dealer does anyone know where to get this?
