Anyone running Yokohama Advan S.4. all-season tires?
How are they?
I'm looking for another set of wheels and tire rack only has these listed for 255/35/19 in all-season

Advan's can be rough when cold due to nylon cap design
i have one of the Advan's on another car and not too happy. i've found their HP summer performance tires are good, all season not so much so.

Mmm.. I disagree.. Using them up in Boston all through last winter
including several excursions onto snow covered parking lots to learn the car.. No issues. They did better than I expected of all seasons, plus with quattro, the car performed pretty well. Even on ice.
Summer performance is pretty good too.
I will still go back to a dedicated summer/winter setup when these wear out, but I've been pretty happy.

i don't mean cold weather performance, but flat spots when first starting out cold
it's the nylon cap(s) design in the tire. they are not the only ones that use them, but they seem to be worse than others.
