Aussie driver needs tyre advice Please Guys.!!!!
Ok so 255 P-Zeros are nearly done,
Car has H+R lowered springs/sways
i saw a post re Potenzas re 11 275/30/19s will they fit my lowered car, are there any other tyres i should consider @ 275 size.
Thx in advance

I think it works as long as you remove the clips in the fender well that hold the lining in.

my RE01R's fit fine on my lowered car. I now have Nitto NT05's in same size I like them better. RE11 replaced RE01R and I'm sure those are very nice...can't go wrong with either imo

I have RE-01s on another car and am very impressed. The RE-11 will be my next choice for the RS, but maybe 265, I prefer not to have over sized tyres for the wheel (anecdote and scars to justify)
From the avatar can you see the ride height I have? on 255 never ever any rubbing

I'm an Aussie too and decided on Sumitomo HTR ZIII (275/30-19) and saved $500 PER TYRE.
I've had them for probably 5,000kms and I think the Sumi's are easily as good as the P-Zeros.

Aussie too, and I've just fitted some Kumho's from Tempe Tyres. These are a much better ride (you don't feel the bumps as much), and grip is very good. They are about 1/2 the price too. Good luck.

if you want tyres with serious grip, much more than the p zero's get some dunlop super sport race tyres fitted. I did at 15ks and the still have plenty of meat left at 35ks including a track day at sandown. cheers Robbo

Another Sydney sider here, Hello to you all. I haven't seen that many RS4 Aussie owners in one thread before!
Gecko, where did you get yours from and how much please mate? Have you done at track days with these tyres? If yes, what are they like?
Robbo, are you referring to Dunlop SP Sport Maxx?
Syko, what did you end up getting? Did you read my post about these RE11 in Ozaudi forum?
I've got GY Asymmetric 275/30/19, so far so good on road and track, great grip and quiet but I feel they are softer than my oem P-Zero and may not last as long. Got them from Tyre Rack when $AUD was good so it costed me less than $500AUD each (inc GST&duty), but these are now avail in Australia.

No Dunlop sp super sport race from stuckey tyres in melbourne (03) 9386-5331(I dealt with russell). Worth every single cent that they cost. Haven't had this much grip from any other tyre or improved handling and i've had some fast toys. Cheers Robbo.
