Default BEN! you are back!

Have you completely depleted the bordeaux cellar? or are there a few bottles of mouton still left?
BTW where did you go for your hols? Hopefully not Lebanon or London as they both seem to be as dangerous these days.
We did beat the Pakistanis at cricket thought so that makes up for the world cup qtr final loss.

Default Re: BEN! you are back!

How right you are my friend from across the pond, who resides presently, uh, not across the pond...

My bordeaux cellar was depleted, unfortunately not by me but by a gang of sophisticated drunken mice.

I took my holiday up the New England coast and engaged in many sporty jaunts up and down various mountains.

The trouble was no matter how fast I drove I could not shake the endless infatuation of Tuppy, nor could I avoid constantly bumping into Sir Roderick Glossop who always seemed to be reading faded copies of the Mayfair Gazette!?!

I think next year I will suck it up and take rest up at Aunt Agatha's, at least I'll have the chance to repay an old debt of sixty-four squares with cousin Bertie.

TTBrit's naturally English vernacular jostled me straight into the fantastically funny writing of none other than...

That wasn't meant to be snarky.. Merely acknoweldging that only old british people or the highly excentric would recognize it.

Not everything around here has to be confrontational does it?

Default everyone who isn't wearing a bowtie.
