is it compatible with the RS4's bluetooth?????????

Try to delete the old phone u had installed or reset to factory default. there should be no problem.

Default Most compatibility problems were related with service not the phones
Verizon use to be bad because they required some extra cost service for the phones to function with bluetooth. Not sure if this is still true
