Default it's in a box in my garage.

it was out for delivery yesterday, but my wife had gone to the store for a few minutes and missed the delivery. so it wasn't actually delivered until today. I probably won't get to it until this weekend. I'm still planning to install it myself...I'll keep y'all posted.

Default that's a plausible scenario, quite frankly.

the worst thing is that the weather is starting to suck and the mosquitoes are licking their chops...not exactly the best time to be working in the garage. my next house will have an air-conditioned garage, that's for sure.

Default Hmmm.....

I don't consider myself claustrophobic, but I just have this fear of lying in a 1 foot space smack under a 4000lb object. (assuming the usual jack stands)

Default it can be unnerving at first.

on past vehicles, I've been able to just jack up one side...put 2 jackstands under that one side and leave the floor jack under there, which seems safe enough. I may end up getting some ramps for this car though...the exhaust being one big, clunky piece is sure to make it more challenging.

as long as the wheels are still on, the risk is minimal
