Boeing soon to need your bailout money!!

Don't think so... the company has plenty of cash on hand...
enough that they will finance some airline orders if necessary during this worldwide credit crunch.
Most of the problems with the 787 have to do with the overly aggressive and optimistic off-loading of in-house work to suppliers, many of whom could not produce the product on time or at the correct stage of completion.
There have also been some design changes (particularly in the wingbox area, which needed to be strengthened) discovered through testing. The infamous "fastener" problem has been a real headache as well and much of the current delay stems from that issue.
The document referenced in the article is reported to be a fake. If not, Airbus should be brought up on charges of using Boeing Proprietary data obtained through fraudulent means. I know if any proprietary information related to Airbus happened to come across my desk at Boeing it would go right to the ethics department, which is apparently lacking at Airbus.
