Default Cali RS4 any different than 49-state version?

If I don't want to wait to order, it looks like I might be able to find a car in CA. Is there any performance difference between a CA and a non-CA car? I know CA cars have greater emissions standards, are CA RS4s equiped differently to meet them - or would any RS4 do so?

TIA!

Default They are all the same...

Some cars are certified to meet California or Northeast emissions standards, but all are the same. Any car will do.
