CD changer question

CD changer question
I put a couple burned cds in the cd changer and they you can see them playing but no sound comes through the speakers....anybody else experiance this problem. I just got the car and noticed this by the way....

No joke. I hardly use glove boxes, let alone CD changers. The SD cards slots were all I needed...
I don't even remember noticing the CD-changer when I cleared-out the car before trading it in.... because I did keep the insurance card and registration info in there, while the owner's manual was always in the pocket under the steering wheel.

you need to burn them as .WAV files....the .mp3 CDs didnt work for me oddly enough...
thats wierd though since the car has to have mp3 decoding for teh SD slots but it seems they overlooked that for the CD player, its not an MP3-CD player
