Clutch pedal feel question
When I first bought the RS4 when driving sportingly the clutch pedal would firm up and get really stiff.... now after 3000 miles (12k on car) it doesn't do that any more and I have a sticky feeling where most every time I press the pedal it feels like I just stepped in gum when the pedal is released.
The clutch works fine with smooth gear changes no grinding or any problems like that ...just a feeling of the pedal.
What's your experience?

Is your's one of the early RS4s?
If so, you are describing the Clutch hose problem that had to be fixed on early VINs.
Do this test. While sitting parked with the engine running and transmission in neutral, rapidly depress the clutch multiple times as fast as you can. If the pedal suddenly stiffens up, you have the problem.

Anyone have the part numbers they replaced to fix this problem?
I was going to ask them to order them to have on hand when I go in for my appointment.

(update) Had my service visit and gave the tech the info on what parts were replaced on others.
He's going to open up a report and contact Audi.
We drove both my car and a new RS4 and he can feel what I feel so at least he knows something is a miss.
The car is still shifting great so not a driving issue .... yet.
