After owning several 64-73 mustangs and being a fan
The current ones are some of the worst cars ever made. Not only did they go back to the early 70's with the look - they make them now with less quality. I rented one recently and it was exactly like I remember 70 Mach 1:
Cheap interior
Poor handling
Huge vehicle/Small interior (???)
Tiny Trunk
Huge blind spot
Plastic/vinyl everything...
I can't imagine spending 80k on a more powerful version.
Now... if you are Ford and your response to low sales was to redesign your vehicle to look like and have quality like it is from the 70's - where do you go from there?
Its really a shame that the American car Companies dont get it.
