coolant level, mine is right in between Max and Min mark, is it normal? which coolant I can use to ?

Default Hot or cold? Anyway, no worries...
you'll get a low coolant warning light if it gets below the min level(hot). It's excess capacity anyway, as is any coolant recovery resevoir.
