the tiny circular bubbles usually go away.
park the car in the sun for a day, that helps the drying process. fingers are bad, and anything like dirt or hair under the tint is bad. glass can be difficult to clean really well, and some tint guys don't spend enough time cleaning the windows first, IMHO.
