Daily Driver and Miles to Date
I want to see some data from everyone on their RS4, I'll go first:
I F&*%ing LOVE this car, and I'm pretty confident I'll feel the same way 4 years, 10 track days and 40k miles from now.
- Daily Driver: Yes, Only Car
- Time Owned: 1.5 Months
- Current Mileage: 48,000
- AVG Miles/Year: 10k
- Track Days to Date: 0, but 2 days scheduled for March
- Maintenance Cost: $0
- Most Notable Modifications: Miltek Exhaust is AWESOME!
- Issues: DRC recall and Carbon Clean done by previous owner at 46k miles. Water in my right headlight after going through brushless car wash, which I fixed by sticking a small towel under the hood right above the light when I go through the car wash to stop water from spraying in between the gap in the hood/light.
- Next Car Considerations/Timelines: Just bought this one, and hopefully 4 years from now there will be a new RS4 sedan on the horizon for the US Market. I can't think of any car currently out I would rather have as a DD right now.

Daily Driver: Yes, Only Car (Although bought it while I still had a company car)
Time Owned: 5 Months
Current Mileage: 50,000
AVG Miles/Year: 10k
Track Days to Date: 0, but 2 days scheduled for March
Maintenance Cost: $0
Most Notable Modifications: Only done K&N filter, carbon clean and redline gear oil for tranny...which I HIGHLY recommend!
Issues: DRC recall and all service completed under AudiCare by previous owner. Small Cracked passenger rear wheel, welded by professional wheel shop in the area. Low oil level sensor replaced under extended warranty. No other issues or probelms. I love this car...it is so much fun to drive.
Future Mods: JHM Tune, coilovers, downpipes.
Next Car Considerations/Timelines I could see either a newer RS4 (if it ever comes to US, or possibly tune up a newer S4 or S5

- Daily Driver: Yes, foul weather car. If it's dry and >50F, I'm on two wheels - often only one
- Time Owned: 5 years, 5 months
- Current Mileage: 44,000 miles
- AVG Miles/Year: around 9K
- Track Days to Date: Zero. I get my track fix regularly on my race bike (Ducati 1098S)
- Maintenance Cost: nil, other than oil changes, tires, wiper blades, Sonax wheel cleaner, and Zaino
- Most Notable Modifications: ECS Tuning H-pipe, GIAC software, Euro-spec Supersport Plus suspension, TTRS steering wheel, Valentine One radar detector, Lidatek LE-30 laser jammer (no tickets in 28 years)
- Issues: DRC recall and Carbon Clean done by me 10K ago (will redo in spring)
- Next Car Considerations/Timelines: I love new cars, but there's no suitable replacementfor the RS4 (yet) to arrive in NA

O ya, I forgot I own a slightly modded DRZ400SM (supermoto bike for those of you not motorcycle savy). I put 3-4k miles on that between spring-fall which keeps a few miles off the car. It's way slower than the RS4 in the straights, but it's one of the fastest street legal things you can drive down a really tight twisty road...highly recommended $4k investment.

RS4Ship - I got owned by a 500cc supermoto last time at the track. I figured it was time to load my bike into the trailer
Alister: Still on the original brakes, they are holding up just fine. I swapped out the pads when the car was new for some dustless Centric Posi Quiets. They are know for being very gentle to rotors.

The Posi Quiets are great on rotors and lack of dust, but the absolute worst stopping power ever! I have had them on for about 2 months and I honestly feel like they're unsafe. I thought they had gotten better, but after having an A3 for 2 days and being so thrown off by how responsive those brakes were, I truly realize how bad mine are.
