Default Delivery miles

I went to look at my car last night and the odometer had 4 miles on it. Tonight, I took delivery today with 19 miles on the odometer. The tech that prepped my car filled out a sheet with his inspection and a test start mileage of 4 and end mileage of 19.

I suspect that the test drive is required. Regardless, he is a good guy whom I trust to take good care of other people's cars. Even if he put a few extra miles on the car I don't really mind.

Default So why are you posting about this? :)

Default Nah. Two words: plausible deniability. ;-)

If anything breaks, in the next 100,000 miles I know it was his fault.

My dealer definitely had some fun with my car. Had 56mi the first time I saw it (last fri). Because it was the first one the got, obviously the managers drove it from both the Audi and Porsche sides. I don't think every salesman and mechanic did. It's not such a bad thing - seat those rings people - no ***** breakins.
