Default Yes - the throttle curve is modified. Someone posted a graph of it several months ago
but I couldn't find it. Sorry.

The throttle becomes more "twitchy" i.e. less initial pedal movement gets more throttle response.

I had the lines pulled and capped as I wanted the sound but not the abrupt throttle.

I have heard in European models, it also adjusts your seat

Default How'd you do that and who did it for you?? A dealer?? Also....
Does that mean u can have the default setting with "normal" exhaust note and throttle?? ie: Non S-button sound?

Correct - if you have the bucket seats it tightens the side bolsters too.
