The cat-back exhaust should be fine. If you changed the cats, I don't know.

Default Talk To Bob Hamme at Stratmosphere, I believe all Milltek...
systems are 50 state legal...much effort is put into this, given the high penetration in California and the Northeast Trading Region, of which Stratmosphere itself is located (NY)

Default No issue with the cat-back,but DP will not pass visual inspection........
In reality, no aftermarket downpipes/cats of any kind are legal in the U.S. if the inspection station chooses to look or make an issue of it.
