DRC question.....Please help!!
A few days ago while searching DRC threads I stumbled across someone that posted a scanned image of a service bulletin or Audi info (not sure what it was exactly).
It stated that a DRC replacement is NOT considered complete without replacing the central valves.
Unfortunately, I forgot to save it and cannot find it again. Dealer is giving me a hard time and telling me that its not a required thing so I need proof.
PLEASE HELP QUICK so I can get back to them tomorrow!

One more question!!!

Well good news, I found it again. Thanks to 'SAF' for posting this.
I guess the better question would be where did this come from? Want to know so dealer doesn't discredit it.

I think that pertains to the DRC in the RS6....the RS4 system is slightly different.
...and supposedly is easier to service. I don't know this for a fact, but it has been posted here previously.

If your dealer has to ask, you may have issues.
Seems it's not intuitive, and many have had bad repair experiences.
Also be aware of the new part number for dampers (I think).

Do yourself a favor. Rip the DRC out and go aftermarket...
I suffered through multiple DRC repair attempts in the past year on my RS6. It was a totally useless effort and caused needless aggravation.
I'm happy to be released from the DRC chains as I have put an aftermarket system on the car. The ride is much better- and the bonus of a lifetime warranty <assuming the company stays in operation>.
