Driving in Canada isn't too bad...
I'm spending the week in Montreal and Quebec City and have noticed that for the most part, drivers are pretty courteous; however, on the highway, some like to pass you like there in some kind of hurry, only later to be in your way "putzing" along at a crawl. And some drivers do not like to be passed. I passed several slower cars, only to have them speed pass me almost right away. It's about 50:50 as far as using blinkers for turns or lane changes. I always signal when travelling in a different place than home. I noticed in downtown that there are a lot of "boy" racers that like to accelerate quickly or loudly at a stop only to have to slow down immediately for the next light. Mostly they were riced out cars, but I did see a guy do it in an F430. All in all, it's been a pleasant trip.
P.S. There are a lot of Audis

Re: LOL
Hey, there is life north of the border, right
But honestly speaking first time I arrived in North America (this was San Fran) back in 96 I was shocked how everything was ... slow, and odd drivers doing odd things, etc etc. Hey, some few years later it does not bother me anymore

Quebecois have a rather rich history of driving like crazy banshees. They outlawed right hand turns
on red because too many pedestrians were being killed. Signals are definitely optional, reminds me of my last trip to SoCal :-)
They're just more like Europeans in most aspects including driving and motorsports. If they manage to save the Montreal F1 (and I think they will), do yourself a favour and take one in.
