Default That's not what they said. Here's the exact quote.......

".....but there is no CSL RS4; it already feels hard-core enough not to need one, and we have a suspicion that in sedan form it might be more than the M3 can cope with."

Game Over.

Default sounds like Audi doesn't really care anymore ...

about the comparisons with the M3 -- why else would they not have a sedan version available for the drive? by the time the M3 hits inventory, the last of RS4s will be on order.

I agree with Vijay, they made the RS4 sound pretty potent if they tested it in sedan form

Default My bad.. again I did not read the article before posting..

.. and I forgot the <sarcasm> tags around it.
:-)

However.. even with that line you posted on the closing paragraph says..

"So we'd take the M3 over the Audi and the Golf but stretch again for the GT3 if we didn't need the M3's practicality."

Very subjective IMO.. please define "practicality".

Though, my point is still valid about their tendency to adore BMW's

With that said.. my personal opinion still goes for the RS4 in any of it's forms, cabrio or sedan. Bring the M3 in AWD form w/ 4 doors with the same performace as the coupe, and it'll be tough call, but the RS4 still wins in my book for looks.

Default When you pick the lesser version to compare against . . .

that my friends, is called spotting a handicap. A compliment to the RS4. Well, at least that sounds better. Yea, I like that excuse better.
