This is gonna sound really dumb, but....

Has anybody else experienced trouble reading the dipstick? I checked my oil at ~470 miles, and from what I could tell, it was right at the min. I added ~2/3 of a quart, and it seemed as though the oil level increased, however, it was very difficult to tell. Any tips?

I have owned several cars and never experienced this problem (and I checked the oil regularly).

It helps if you use the light to see where it's wet, but IMO it's one of the harder ones to read I've come across.

do you do headstands too in that sequence? : ) Audi could just ditch the funky dipsticks and get with it.

Great idea for everybody but RI RS4, his oil is too clean

With the new oil, darn stuff has so little discoloration that I can hardly see it on the dipstick.
