Engine hiccup between 2-3k RPM?
Anyone else notice this under light throttle? It's more pronounced when in Sport mode, but it's there regardless.
I have no misfires or anything, so it seems like a fuel delivery issue.

It came back and is worse than ever. I would bet that they............
unplugged the bat to swap the coils so if I unplug the bat for a half hour every three days. No worries!!!!! Now I'm starting to get pissed, they need to try and figure this out :-(

I tried to tell you...
that swapping what they suspected were bad parts was bogus...and then caught hell for it from another member here who insisted it was the right way to go about it.
Can you imagine the dealer switching around a plug and coilpack, instead of replacing, if you weren't under warranty and paying out of your own pocket?! THEN they would have strongly advised replacing those parts, for sure.
Anyway, a misfire pegged specifically to a cylinder has to be wire/coilpack/plug related, whether one or more of those parts is the casue, or if something else is making it happen.
Get after them and good luck.
By the way, the "hiccup" being described here sounds like a typical engine stumble, rather than a misfire, and those are usually air/fuel related. If happening only when engine full hot, then could be emissions related. After Bosch Motronic and MAF, think oxygen sensor...remember dxben's problem?.

Another thing...
better hope it's not vave related, or intake manifold(air leak, crack, gasket). These overly aggressive break-in techniques that you guys bought into I would worry about. That's exacty the type of thing that could cause a valve or intake problem, IMO...high stresses and vacuum pressures on a new engine.
