Default EPC and MIL codes

I have been getting EPC code every night when temp less than 40 F, and occasional MIL code, during EPC RPM limiter 6700 only, took it to stealorship PO 2015 and PO 2020 codes pulled, also told me there is a TSB out for this kind of stuff something to do with valve or flap in the intake manifold, so they told recorded this and said according to AOA if it recurs than they will replace the faulty ring or spring, really don't understand this stuff well. Sorry!!
Anyone out there with similar problem or know much about this?

Default Here it is.

This was a problem on early VIN engines. The Intake Manifold Runner Control Valve is vacuum operated. A leak in the vacuum line causes it to stick. Several owners have had to have this fixed.<ul><li><a href="http://www.teraspeed.com/RS4/audi.tb.24-06-01.pdf">TSB for intake flappy-thing problem</a></li></ul>
