Nice. I just asked my friend who drives an evo if he knew why his car existed and sent him the link!

I have the quattro history video with the Walter Rohl bits on. Spine tingling stuff.

Default I was lucky enough to see many of those cars run with their original drivers

In Feb 2005 Audi had 'quattro Night' in Ingolstadt to kick of the 25th anniversary of quattro. It was an amazing night and we were able to see Stig Blomquist, Michelle Mouton, Walter Rorhl, and Hannu Mikkola all drive their original rally cars into the square after blasting down the street and do donuts on an ice rink. Other drivers were there in their cars from the museum, as well as the debut of the RS4 and the Q7.

We actually got to meet all of the drivers as well during a reception that night.

Definately an experience I won't soon forget.

Default Awesome!

I would have loved to have seen that. The S1 is such a beast. Like the last photo too of the RS4 on the Ski Jump. I would guess those were not stock tires though, know what they had on it?
