Evo 9 RS as a track car
Seriously considering buying a share of an Evo 9 RS. ive known the guys from motor sport for a while now, i have also driven the car.
Its a freeking monster, share cost. Company advertising on car, run as a "promotional car". Too many mods to list
1100kg / 235kW @ wheels... nuff said
any thoughts?>

Make sure miles, drivers, and venues where car can be driven are clearly defined.
Too often the car gets handed off to some "friend" who then proceeds to crash it. Will the car be allowed to go to the track? And what kind of events if so - time trial, school, open track, wheel to wheel racing? Will there be a mileage cap for each person? How do maintenance costs gets split - and if somebody damages a car, how is that dealt with? Do you have an inspection sheet each time you hand off the car to the next person? Does everybody have the financial means to fix what they might damage if insurance won't cover?
The worst thing you can do is to leave some aspect undefined, and thus turn your friends into unfriends

+1.
Any financial share/split arragement needs to be well defined for all possible events, especially the bad ones. That will save heaps of problem down the track. Good luck buddy.
