Extended warranty / DRC question

Extended warranty / DRC question
I just bought a 2008 RS4 with 92,000 km's (57,000 miles) on it. All seems good and no issues that were detected prior to purchase. However, I am in a situation where I have an existing non-refundable credit with Audi for coverage by their extended warranty program.
Given that I do not drive the car all that much (have two vehicles and my wife and I usually commute together), I was anticipating a two-year/20k warranty, but I am debating about whether to pay the extra $350 for the two year period to get the premium warranty that would cover the standard powertrain components PLUS suspension, water pumps, rad, electronics, etc.
I could not confirm with Audi or the previous servicing dealer whether the DRC replacement had been performed on the car, so that is my one concern that would justify the upgrade to Gold (and even if it had been upgraded, seems like DRC Rev B is still subject to failure).
Any thoughts on whether it's worth the extra $350 (from ~ $2800 to $3150)?

The $350 is probably worth it. Double check to make sure the "shocks" are covered. I've been told that they are as they are part of the DRC system. Yet when you read the exclusions of many policies they specifically exclude "Shocks".
