Finally My Beast is on the Boat...
I have been a long time lurker, and received confirmation Monday that my Phantom Black Beast is on a boat headed for the US. Just wanted to say thanks for all the info. I normally do not posses the patience to wait 4 months for anything, but in this case i knew it would be worth it...
Supposedly i am equipped with the black optics package, but i will believe it when i see it in the flesh... Looking forward to shareing my experience once i can drive the beast, within agressive break-in guidelines of course...

"black optics package"
Black optics has no silver around the windows, but still keeps the brushed alum. side view mirrors. It has titanium finish wheels, blacked out front grill, black ceramic exuast tips and a few other minor aesthetic color matching details.
I have seen one in the US as it is only supposed to be a Euro Option, but with enough effort and emails to germany, available in US. Hence the "believe it when i see it" comment. But my dealer assures me it is on the car.

Hopefully within two weeks i will an audi driver...
and an ex-bangle owner. The package cost $1200. As hard as i tried, there was no way to get the ceramic brakes, that was where they drew the line. I will def. post pics as soon as i stop driving...
