I had the same problem. Try resetting the tpms via DIS, but if that doesn't fix it...
then you could have a defective sensor valve on one or more wheels.

Flat tire light or flat tire with line through it? Just to be sure...
Does it come on right away when you start the car or does it come on when you pass by a certain location?
I had a malfunction light that would come on once in a while whenever I passed a certain location on the highway. Eventually it stopped doing it.
