by a four door sedan. I'm off this morning to pick up some last minuet goodies for the wife to cook for father's day. I pulled behind a lowered white 350Z with black rims and custom exhaust heading to an on ramp and he punches it and takes off. I can hear the turbo popping off as he shifts up, so I figure he needs a little brushing up on his Audi's (ESP off, S on and I forget to turn the damn AC off). I end up next to him as we head up the ramp and he punches it. I couldn't resist (the devil made me do it) and follow suit shifting up each time at red line and leave him behind. I can see the very frustrated and confused look he is wearing in my rear view. I change lanes and slow down so he can catch me and he comes up and gives me thumbs up. We end up at the next light side by side so I drop the window and ask him if he ever takes his car to race. He rolls up his driver's side and shows me the grease pen marks from his ¼ mile he ran last night at the local track. I ask him if he ever runs AutoX and it ends up that he knows another blue 350Z that runs with my group. The light changes green and he takes another spanking and we go our own way. Hey, I thought we were running the ¼ in the low thirteen's? Happy father's day kill to me ;-)
