Getting new all-season rubber installed this weeknd. I'm suprised......
when I ask for 255/35/19 the looks I get when they say "don't have any tire in that size". Is it that strange of a size?
Went with Yokohama ADVAN S.4. from tire rack.
Will give update with my opinion of these tires occasionally. 1st set of Yokohama's ever.

Winter tires
So Tire Rack has to tires to offer for 19 inch rims:
Bridgestone Blizzak LM-25 (Performance Winter)
or
Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D (Performance Winter)
I think I had Blizzak's on my S4. Anyone know which is better??

Had them installed this morning and already put 250 miles on them...all good
It's been raining in NC for the last 2 days and the new tires grip very well in the wet and plow through standing water.
The installer did a great job in the mount and balance.

(Short Term Update #2) Tires in the dry at the 400 mile mark.
The grip turns into butter at 120 mph.
I'm hoping after a few hundred miles of wear the grip will return.

I think they're getting better. I can still kick the butt out on turns if I goose the throttle.
I've been showing my 88 VW Scirocco some love the last 2 weeks so the Audi's been parked.
But leaving out tomorrow morning to zip from NC to Pittsburgh, PA for Thanksgiving.... I'll see how the tires fair after 10 hours of driving.
