Dont worry if your numbers are not as good as 'sykotoy' guys on the database. I havent updated it but he had a lighter euro model.

I don't know if it will help but the only hurt will be $$$.
Although I am sure you won't fill it up, a few extra bucks is worth knowing the ECU won't see any knocking. I hope you beat the Car and Beemer time above for their beloved M3.

Make sure no MMT
Some high-octane fuels use MMT (a manganese-containing additive). Usually it's ok, but I'm not sure if the FSI system will like it. IT will also leave a pink deposit (manganese oxide) on plugs.

Air temps and humidity may negate some of the benefit of running 100 octane.....
plus, we don't really know if the ECU will do anything beyond 93/94 U.S. rating. It might, i just don't know. Might be good to do a run with 100 octane on a cool, dry autumn morning.
