Default Do you mean the $550 free scheduled maintenance plan for 4 years....yes.

I got the $550 plan with my soon to be delivered RS-4. I expect it is a good deal if you don't pay full price.

Default I got mine on June 12, but the dealer had to call AoA for the info.

I picked up my car on June 6. Because they did the service plan incorrectly, we had to re-do the lease on June 12. It worked out well because I had decided I wanted to go with a 24 month lease.

and to think I ordered my RS4 months prior to May 15...

Dear XXXXX,
If you count yourself among the first thousand people to call the all-new 2007 Audi Q7 4.2 your own, you can count on four years of regularly scheduled maintenance visits being covered because the Audi Care new vehicle maintenance package ??? a retail value of $550 ??? will be on us. Audi Care covers regularly scheduled maintenance appointments at 15K, 25K, 35K and 45K service intervals, or four years, whichever comes first. In order to qualify for this special offer, the first thing you need to do is ??? hurry. You'll need to be one of the first 1,000 to order your Audi Q7 4.2 before May 15th and take delivery before December 31st, 2006. Find out more about this offer, Audi Care, and, of course, this groundbreaking vehicle, at your Audi dealer.

Dealer tossed it in for free after some arm twisting. I thought it was a $550 cost.

Default my dealer told me a week ago they still don't have the forms yet.

so I haven't paid for it yet, but supposedly you have a year after the date of purchase to buy it anyway.

I will try to get it scanned in.
