Sadly the $300 budget doesn't buy you much for the RS4. Here are some thoughts/options:
1. Strat short shifter
2. Tint the car (if not already done so)
3. Buy the carbon fiber engine partial cover
4. Have it detailed professionally (if you don't have the tools or know how to do it yourself)
5. Buy MTM spacers
6. Get yourself a VAG COM from Rosstech
7. Go to Hustler club and come home happy.

Unfortunately $300 is not much for a car like the RS4.
I would highly suggest to keep saving. Next time you take it for service or even an oil change, a new set of tires or even one flat tire you would realize that.
Up to now my expenses was as follows: One DIY oil change was over $100. One spare key was almost $300. Sirius subscription was almost $100 for the year. Brake pads for both front and rear were almost $250 aftermarket(that I did not need after all). Changing the brake fluid was about $20. Buffing all the scratches off that the dealer "detailer" installed it would be a few weekends. Also many of my own time whatever that is worth.
Also let's put this way fuel consumption is not Honda Civic like either.
As I am telling myself if I want to play I gots to pay.
Cheers and welcome to the club.

Yeah, it's a replacement for the central resonators and by removing them adds some bass to the exhaust note. You can hear mine here:

Keep in mind I didn't want mine to sound like a Mustang GT. And it doesn't. It's just a little bit louder while still preserving the high, nervous wail from the multi-valve german V8.
