So I took it for 5k service two weeks ago.
Last night while driving, hit ~4k rpm and the car resists, like it has a rev limiter.
As I make my way home, it idles rough at stops, hunting between 500 to 3k RPM with car in neutral at rest. Sounds likes its going to die out, but revs up and saves itself.
My Malfunction indicator light is on, as is the ESP light as well. Has this happened to anyone else? It is strange, considering the car only has 5 kmiles on it.
Wondering if this is ECU problem? So now I try to start the car, but it dies out. HELP! Anyone?
I'm waiting for appointment.

Mine had a malfunctioning throttle body very early. Wouldn t rev over a few hundred. Parts shipped from Germany, took a week. Yours sounds a little different though.

Maybe a MAF sensor gone bad. Call the dealer.
