Default Just put MP3s on an SD card. Unless...

You can use folders too, but not more than 1 folder deep I believe. And, it will only recognize 512 songs on each card.

They have to be *straight MP3s*.... no iTunes Music Store purchases or songs downloaded from the new Napster, etc. There's a program for Windows called Tunebite that can convert away from those protected formats.

You can also set iTunes to import files as MP3s and then burn a couple to a CD-RW, re-import them, then erase that CD-RW.... repeat.

Default This should work.

Buy a few cards from Newegg and you are set.<ul><li><a href="http://www.officemax.com/max/solutions/product/prodBlock.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&amp;prodBlockOID= 1611445710&amp;expansionOID=-536879947">http://www.officemax.com/max/solutions/product/prodBlock.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&amp;prodBlockOID

Default Evil, here are a couple of threads on SD Cards + MP3s

You can store MP3s in folders more than 1 deep. I store mine by artist then album. See the first thread below for info on creating playlists.

Default 2? Uses - MP3's and Nav Display Screen Captures Tips 1-Size Matters, 2-Bigger is Not Always Better

for me it's song capacity vs play effort..

I would suggest getting 2GB cards and using sub-direcotrys and/or playlists to get the most use from the cards.
