Default i think i want to buy an RS4.......

does anyone know if Audi sells rolling chassis to the public? actually i would be looking for a bit more than just the chassis... i want full interior as well.

i dont need the motor or trans because I would rather swap my stuff into it (think "MTM conversions", or maybe it was ABT....)

ive been tossing around the idea of getting a b7 and doing this, but why not get the widebody?

if anyone has any pricing info for me i would appreciate it. this probably wont happen anytime soon (time, money, time, time), but a goal would be nice.

Default Your best bet would be to probably contact Shokan and tell them what you want.

And get a rebuilder when someone unfortunately wrecks one.

Default just buy a whole car and sell the motor and tranny.

Audi will never sell you a 'partial' RS4....legal issues. I don't think you'd ever be able to get it federalized even if Abt built it and you tried to ship it over here. Maybe as a dedicated track or show car, but never for public road use.

Default

widebody costs around $8k, just get a cheap-as-possible b7a4.

Default Ding! I think STASIS said the conversion could even be done to a B6 A4...

That would be a nice, cheap place to start. Add a 2.7T and all the goodies and you'll have an awesome replicar...

b7 rs4 with the b5 heart.
you need to see what widebody work comes out of ASP .. along with some GT28-s , audi can come up with a B 9-10-11-12.. and it would not matter

Default I HIGHLY doubt Audi AG or even Audisport would sell just a chasis

to an everyday consumer. I know Stasis has purchased three B7 A4 chasis, but they are racing team with high dollar sponsors running professional events. For a start, you could contact them and go from there....
