I used to think it would be dumb to trade in my B6 S4 for the RS4...
but now that everybody's taking delivery, I'm getting jealous...if it wasn't for a long line of traffic on Ogden Ave today (Chicago), I would have stopped by my dealer... =)

Saw one before it was picked up - the sound was incredible, and even better with sport.
The car was beautiful...Avus Silver (not my choice, but looked sharp)...really, really really liked the whole car. Inside, Outside - you name it. And the sound - wow.
The fact that it has four doors (just had first kid and just sold E46 M3) and window shades made the wife happy - very family frendly, but very aggressive.
It is everything you could want in a car, unless you are a total track junkie.
Do it - you will be happy.

ogden ave? laurel in westmont? if so, that's where I just took delivery of the misano red and...
their next RS4 arrival will be a daytona gray specimen and will most likely be available because the person who ordered it is now backing out. Talk to Josh... I'm sure you know him already.

i take cake for dumbest..but probably the happiest today
Traded in my 25th anniversary S4 with 2900 miles yesterday for a new RS4. My S4 had been in the shop for 25 days waiting for a new transmission to get installed...i snapped when i saw my new RS4's hips. The dealer was pretty cool about buying back my S4 without killing me.
This is my first post at audiworld...just had to share a bit of how this nubile young RS4 screwed up my 25th anniversary 'til death do us part marriage! I'm sure i won't be the last one to leave a beloved for the RS4.
