No it's b/c it's Imola...
I don't know why Imola isn't selling on the RS4? Only 40 of them in the US.
I almost went with Imola, but after seeing the Phantom in person I went with that.

I don't know if this is still the case, but....
...my local dealer wouldn't order any car in Imola (or Brilliant yellow in the olden days, IIRC) unless the prospective owner left a non-refundable deposit of $5k. If the person backs out, they sit on the lot forever.

I guess that's understandable
Sight unseen, honestly I would have never ordered Imola. But in '05 I saw every color (except Mugello blue) on the RS4, and I thought it looked best in yellow.
Color preference or not, that's a great price.

UR right, they do sit on the lot forever,
i have seen this firsthand at Audi dealers here. the last of the model year, going well into next model year, we're always the yellows and Nogaros.

I'd love another Imola Audi...
I'm surprised there aren't more Imola RS4s. In my opinion, the RS4 is stunning in Imola - it was the first RS4 I saw in person at quattro Night where they introduced the car.
Yellow is the most un-subtle color there is. You get a lot of looks and a lot of attention. I'd say Yellow is maybe more dangerous than Red when it comes to being targeted by Johnny Law...
