JHM RS4 Replacement Discs?
I am looking at the JHM replacement discs using the OEM hats for my 07 RS4. Has anyone actually had experience with them?

I have them installed and no problems. I went with the larger 380mm. No regrets, had them on for about a year now.

And what pads did you use? I will be doing maybe 3-4 track days a year, so really need HP street pads, I think.

There have actually been reports of the JHM rotors warping. Especially with any kind of track use.

I have a set for sale
I ordered a set of the JHMs for my B7 RS4, but unbeknownst to me, my wife had also ordered a set for me as an anniversary gift. Mine bolted up with no problems and have given me ZERO grief since they were installed 6 months ago. I can't tell the difference between stock and JHM, though they claim that they cool more efficiently because of the slotting. They came with a pretty clear instruction sheet on how to properly seat the pads, and they claim that any issues with warping are due to improperly seated pads. I'm not trying to start a debate on whether this is true or not, simply letting you know what I was told. At any rate, I now have a spare pair of rotors (thanks to my wife) that I'm selling. They're new-in-box, never used, never installed. If you're interested, hit me up. I'm located in Seattle and local pickup is welcomed.

Reggie, did you sell your Ibis RS4 privately or trade it on your RS5?
I have a friend looking for one and if it is at a dealer, I would go look at it for him. Michael |
