Just had my 15k service done, they replaced the phone module, they said there was a recall on this

Default Just had my 15k service done, they replaced the phone module, they said there was a recall on this
and the new module is supposed to be compatible with more phones. I didn't have any problem with the old phone setup, the new one works fine too.

I wonder if that's '08-specific...they didn't replace mine at the 25k service 3 weeks ago.

Default I believe it is only certain cars, they looked it up and said my VIN # was one with a bad phone
module although it always worked fine for me. I think they were having problems with specific phones, don't know which ones.

They replaced mine too. Now my antiquated treo doesn't crash when I get in the car!

what was the TSB # for the phone module replacement?

Default Not necessarily '08 specific...
just checked with my service department - nothing with my VIN
