A friend sent me an ebay.de link for it and since I have been in contact with the Audi Forum for my vacation, I asked if they knew where to get one. I also asked them what else was available in models for the RS4. They tell me that they have 1:18 models in Sprint/Daytona/Avus, but I don't think the lights work on those. Also, I've seen 1:43 in Sprint and Avus on ebay, so they might have given me the wrong information. I will know for sure when I get there.

Just to be clear, the one I ordered for $70 something does have the lit headlights, right?

One of the ebay.de auctions I looked at had the picture from the website, so I would think it's the one with the headlights.
