There are 2 '08s at that price @ Stevens Creek Audi (San Jose, CA)
I just bought my CPO'ed 07 for $56 about three months ago (but they threw in a few goodies for me, so I'd say I paid about $54). Bought it from Stevens Creek.

this same dealer sold another one for $57.4k last week...
totally legit...the other one was mugello with ti and premium packages...17k off the sticker. this one has audi exclusive red/black interior and a sticker of 78k..so this one is 18k off. i've spoken to the dealer, no haggling off the posted asking price. these seem pretty fair given where other things are trading.
