first RS install so a 6hr job took them 12. I have no real way to test it but it seems to be working fine (no tickets yet). I wanted the unit behind the grill so they had to cut out two Y sections under the four rings so the Laser unit can have a full unobstructed view. I need to clean up the cut section of the grill. I do like the Bluetooth remote and the voice warnings. I know the pictures suck but they are off my Treo.

it will pickup through the plastic as long as the plastic is not over 1"thick and it is placed under a few inches from the wall.

OK why then did they cut the front grill?

Nevermind I figured it out - laser in the front and radar in the rear.

Laser/Radar in the front and Radar only in the back.

Reminds me of an old t-shirt for a nightclub, it said liquor in the front and poker in the rear (but the nouns were meant to be verbs with slightly different spellings)
