Keyed and rock chipped on Sprint Blue...
It was a rough winter in the snow and sand of Truckee... my Sprint Blue RS4 got some good road chips, cracked a fog light, cracked windsheild, dent in fender... then some feller decided to key it on 4th of July. Sheesh... people can be funny.
Anyhow, I got a new windsheild and foglight and am looking to get the paint all cleaned up, but I don't trust too many folks with matching the multistaged deep Sprint Blue paint. Has anyone out there had thier Sprint fixed and how did it go? Was a high caliber shop able to match it well?

Take it to Barry at Reno Auto Body
He has fixed several RS4's already. I believe one was Sprint. Regardless, your car won't leave his shop unless it is perfect. Of course, you pay more for the quality.

Here's a tip on the chips, instead of a bra
Keep the car waxed constantly. I have so few chips, I can count them on one hand after 10k miles.
The secret is high quality synthetic wax, many coats, constantly updated.
really makes a massive difference.

Re: i used to live in Truckee, sold a home there in 04, where are you at?
Currently under construction on the West end of Donner lake... should be moving in shortly. We've moved to TD in 1999. 2004 was a good time to sell in Truckee! Probably saved an RS4 worth in equity. Good job!

more than that
2004 was a great time to sell in Tahoe/Truckee, especially on a $90k mortgage balance : )
i always liked Donner lake, the serenity and homes along the lake.
best of luck to you in your new home. sounds nice.
